Food Safety Training Quality Review

The Global Food Protection Institute (GFPI) administers the International Food Protection Training Institute (IFPTI) Course Evaluation/Review Protocol (CEP), a robust, scientifically-based and structured process for evaluating course integrity and quality against best practices in instructional design.

GFPI is currently pursing accreditation which will lead to a Food Safety Training Quality Standard.
